I am a movement coach specializing in yoga, body mechanics, core strengthening, dynamic stretching and meditation. My work is focused on helping you find ways to build balanced strength, stretch, body awareness and physical + mental healing – whether from injury or from the everyday challenges of life. I work as a private coach and teach in studios throughout NYC.
